Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Promatrix AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Promatrix AI shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Promatrix AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
